Simple Tips to Be Happy

|

Several Factors to Happiness

How is one reaching a state of happiness? There are several factors leading to this state. First crucial detail to know: Do not expect happiness coming from what you "will" have, what you "will" do or where you "will" be. Happiness doesn't ever come "to" you. It comes "from" you! It is interesting how by the simple thought of "feeling happy" attract happy people, interactions, events, surprises, and so on. Why and how is this happening? It does for several reasons.

Here are the main reasons why and how we all become happy.

* Be Grateful!

Someone said, "I don't get up of bed until I have a tear of gratitude rolling down my cheek.

Look around you. Look at what you already have. It may not seem like much, but I guarantee you that if you have a computer, you are probably having already a pretty good life. Look at your job. If you have a job, it is already a blessing. Look at you family. Look at your wife when she prepares you something to eat. Notice when she smiles at you and at your children. Look at your children and how they laugh so happily. They are a song to the world. Now look at yourself. Are you overall healthy?

Do you have your senses? Can you see, hear, feel, taste, and smell the world around you? Having a healthy body or mainly healthy is a blessing we often take for granted. Look at your possession. Do you have a nice place? Do you have a nice house? Do you have a patio or a garden? Do birds sing in the morning? Did you know that in most of the places in the world, except in the middle of the ocean, you can hear birds singing it the morning? Isn't it also a blessing? Do you have a nice park not too far where you can take a walk from time to time? By the way, this also will increase your level of happiness: walking.

Accept others

Too often are we not accepting others the right way? Take a moment and watch others interacting without being critical. We are all, after all cousins! Did you know that at one point in time, there were only a few talking human beings on earth? Try to be open-minded and accept others. It is a blessing not to be alone! Look at the good side of your community. You are not alone if you accept others in your life. You want to have friends? Be a friend.

Why should we give?

I want to talk about something very important right here. If you see a poor man heading out his hand, do you avoid him; do you look at him unfriendly, and so on? Try to find in your heart to give him a dollar. And you know why? You and others will benefit for this Act or Random Kindness. Scientists have found that if you give something from your heart or help someone, you release serotonin.

When the serotonin level gets high, you feel better, your immune system is stronger, if you are sick you heal quicker, and you become happier, of course! But it doesn't stop right here! In fact, still supported by science, people witnessing you giving or helping someone will have their own serotonin level shooting up! They will feel better, healthier, and heal faster! And of course, the poor man will also have his serotonin level climbing and feel better, happier, and healthier! Just for a dollar you have become happier, and make others feel better! Buy the way, when you give with your mind and heart, not because you have to. Try to smile to the poor and say a nice word like "here brother, good luck to you"

*feel happy

Feeling happy is something you train yourself to be. Happiness is in the journey, not the destination! Walk happily, feel happily, and be thankful for even a slight little progress in your life, a small improvement. There is a great trick to boost your energy level for happiness. Sit down, take a paper and pencil, and write down all the improvement in your life. What is new, what is better, what you did for your last vacation, who did you meet in the library or party or the gym, and go on writing until you feel you jot down the most of that for the last six months.

Now repeat the process for the last 12 months, 2 years, 3 years and as far as even 10 years or even 20 years...you will see what you have accomplished and feel like on the top of the world guaranteed! By the way try to-do this as often as possible. We all take too many things for granted.

Conclusion

So now you can see that there are hundreds of reasons to smile laugh and sing in your life. I hope I brought you good stuff for you to think about and live your life happier. But the way, try to make a habit to hum or sing from time to time. And when you are happy, go ahead and dance on one leg! Try it, right now, there also a new discovery for me: laughing yoga. This thing comes from India. People get together to laugh! Not always with a reason to do so, they even force themselves to laugh! Google laughing yoga, go on You-Tube! It I insane but you know what it works!

Student Loans, Bankruptcy, and You

|

Higher education in the United States is expensive: even in-state tuition at public universities can mean several thousand dollars a semester. Tuition at elite private universities and liberal arts colleges regularly runs as high as $25,000 per semester. This even before considering housing, food, fees, and course materials.

One of the most common ways of paying for an education is to take out student loans. Most students will incur some amount of debt. Generally only by way of scholarships, need-based grants, deep-pocketed parents, and the like can educational debt be avoided. Consequently an entire industry has developed around applying for, issuing, and collecting on these loans.

Most people, however, find that the education they received was worth the cost. With very few exceptions, a bachelor's degree will substantially improve your employment and salary outlooks. Over time this increase in wages can more than make up the cost of an education.

But this generally only happens over time. Immediately after graduation, many find themselves suddenly burdened with tens of thousands of dollars in debt-even running into the hundreds of thousands at some institutions.

If this sudden debt is met with financial difficulty due to unemployment, unforeseen costs like medical bills, or anything else that can strain a bank account, the impact on a graduate's finances can be grave. Beginning a post-collegiate career with debt is stressful enough; extenuating circumstances like the above can cause trouble for decades to come.

To make repayment of loans comparatively easier on students, several programs have been made available. It's possible, for example, to take out loans via government agencies. Very often government loans are fixed-rate. Many find fixed rates desirable because they facilitate planning: each month, the loan will accumulate interest at such-and-such percent. Variable-rate loans are by nature less predictable, and this uncertainty can sometimes exacerbate the stresses of loan repayment.

In addition, government loan rates often have lower interest rates than comparable private loans. With the exception of grants and certain loans, government-facilitated loans are usually in cooperation with private lenders. As these are government-backed loans, the rates tend to be lower than private loans issued by the director directly.

In certain instances, it's even possible to get government loans that are completely interest-free. Some loan plans even allow you to defer repayment for varying lengths of time, such as after graduation, or even after graduate school.

Even still, government loans are loans all the same and require repayment. If you've found that student loans are placing a burden on you that you are currently unable to handle, there are steps you can take. Loan consolidation services are available that will help you combine your loan repayments into an easier-to-manage repayment plan.

If such measures still fall short, not all hope is lost. There may come a point at which bankruptcy becomes a good option. Bankruptcy isn't something to be embarrassed about, particularly in today's volatile economy. There are many bankruptcy protection laws in place to make the process less destructive on your financial well-being.

Computer Components and the Importance of the Case

|

For those who prefer to design and build their own computers from scratch, the internal features that comprise the system's operating power are but one of the considerations that go into the design and planning process. The casing is another of the important computer components that cannot be overlooked. Not only does it cover your CPU, motherboard, and other essential elements - it also provides protection and aesthetics for what would otherwise be an open collection of sensitive parts.

There are a wide variety of cases available to house your computer components, most of which are based on the industry's ATX standard for size and layout for housing motherboards. Since all of your computer components will be housed within the casing, it can easily be considered the backbone of your computer system. When choosing a case, there are some important considerations you need to make.

Those considerations include the number of expansion bays, and ease of access. Expansion bays are the slots in the front of the casing through which you can access various removable drives like a DVD or DC-Rom drive. If you plan on upgrading your system throughout its life, you will want to ensure that you have an excess of expansion bays to accommodate future drive additions. The ease with which you can access the internal components is an important factor, as it will determine how easily you can perform anticipated upgrades, as well as perform regular cleaning to remove dust and dirt.

How your casing is laid out will indicate how efficient your computer's fans are at keeping the internal computer components cool - thus reducing or eliminating the cause of most computer freezes and crashes. In addition, casings with quality filters over the fan area can help to eliminate dust and other particles that can contribute to excessive heat.

As you can see, the casing for your computer is one of the most critical computer components you can buy. Taking the time to choose the right case can go a long way toward ensuring that your custom designed computer has a long and efficient life.

Student Career Research - 4 Key Points to Consider!

|

If you're a current or prospective student, wondering what on earth you could possibly do with the course you're on, or planning to take, then you're certainly not alone.

There are, however, a few key points that can make the process a little simpler, and if you're in the throes of student career research, here are our top 4 key points to consider:

1. It's Not All About Money
Sure, money is nice. Better than nice in fact - it's fantastic! But the truth is, if you don't love, or at least like, your chosen career, you're never going to be happy, and if you're not happy, you're never going to excel!

Also, remember that it's a tough economy out there, and while salary survey statistics can help, they are an average, and even if that is the average going rate, you might end up earning considerably less than that - unless you're a top achiever that is!

2. Growth Potential
Choosing a career is a little like buying stocks - you're deciding now, while gambling on future developments. Yes, you're making an educated guess, but it is a guess nonetheless. Of course, some fields, like medicine and law are always in demand, if your field is a little less stable than that, you will need to do your homework! Investigate the industry, and opportunities. Try to imagine your career plan - where you want to go, and how you'll get there.

3. Lateral Opportunity

Try to look for careers that offer you a little lateral leeway, should things not always run smoothly in your career. Look for careers that offer entrepreneurial possibility, or the possibility of consulting. Consider other possible career moves, such as teaching, or maybe something related to your field. Planning for the worst, and hoping for the best, is about the best you can do in these tough economic days, and if you can find a career that offers more than one option for earning, you might just have a winner.

4. Cost
There are thousands, if not millions of people out there who would love to study something, but simply lack the funds. It's a sad fact of life, but a fact nonetheless. When you choose a career path, try to be realistic! If you don't have a healthy college fund, or a scholarship, you may have to lower your ideals a little. Don't give up completely, but just look for alternatives that suit you, and your situation.

Student career research is tricky, and it can feel like you're making a decision that will make or break your future. That's halfway true - many people have, however, been known to make complete career changes later on, so even if you do decide down the road that you want a change, that's always a possibility!

Another good idea is to look for internships, where you can spend some time in your chosen career before you make a final decision - try it before you buy it if you will. That, along with speaking to people already in that field, is a great way to make the choice a little easier!

If you are looking for a recession proof job then there is no better place to look than on the internet with the best online franchise available and become the next internet apprentice.

Laptops - How Hot is Too Hot?

|

How hot is too hot is a good question any laptop owner would like to hear the answer to. Basically, any machine that does work produces energy in many different forms, heat being one of them. When laptop computers function normally they also generate heat. As customers are demanding for faster and faster processors, engineers are pushed to produce faster and smaller components.

The problem is that when these small fast components are cramped into a tight compartment such as a laptop they generate a lot of heat which is not completely dissipated. However, the components of the laptop, the hard drive and the rest of the CPU are already manufactured to withstand these high temperatures. Most laptop computers without any functional issues can function optimally at temperatures up to 140 F (40 C). Different laptops have different processors and other components, but most can effectively function at temperatures ranging from 122 C to 140 C and can be pushed up to 74 degrees centigrade without impaired functions.

If your laptop is not overworked and the hard drive is not overloaded, the over heating problem could be due to the laptop not ventilating optimally. There are several problems that could cause this and they include obstruction of the air vents by the side of the laptop by books or pillows when using the laptop on the bed or it could be due to dust, animal hair or lint which gradually built over time and clogged the air vents. Simply blowing out this dirt with a dust blower should be able to reduce the heat by up to 5 degree centigrade or more.

However, even though the laptop could still work at these high temperatures without impaired functions, it might be a good idea to invest in a lap pad to protect yourself from skin burns and possibly fertility problems with prolonged use on your lap for a guy. A good cooling platform should allow you work with the laptop on your lap and also prevents the issue of the vents been blocked by pillows or what have you, when in use.

Aquarium Design Tips

|

An aquarium is an enclosure with at least one clear side that houses water-dwelling fish, plants and other livestock and decorations. An aquarium offers a place for fish and plant life including corals and reefs to live in a contained control and artificial ecosystem. In addition, aquariums offer a beautiful landscape and can add interest and beauty to any room. If you want to add the wow factor to your room with a beautiful aquarium design then you will want to read this article.

When it comes to aquarium design, there really are no limits but your imagination and ambition. However, you do need to keep in mind that a little research will go a long way. Before you begin your design project you will want to investigate which fish and plant life you plan on having in your indoor aquarium. After you have completed your research you will have a better understanding of which fish and plant life creatures can inhabit the same aquarium. You will also be aware of the conditions you will need to provide to such creatures that will ensure that your aquarium is a successful and healthy design effort.

After you have researched the requirements of the fish and plant life that you want to include in your aquarium it is time to choose the tank. Tanks come in a variety of shapes, sizes and styles. A good rule of thumb for your first aquarium design is to keep the tank between 20 and 30 gallons and choose a shape that is regular; this will make caring for your new aquarium much easier especially for beginners.

Depending on the size of the aquarium tank that you choose you may also need to purchase a stand. Stands also come in a variety of shapes, sizes and textures. When choosing a stand for your tank the most important thing to consider is weight, you need to make sure that the stand you choose will be able to hold the weight of the tank. A good rule of thumb is, every gallon of water equals 1o lbs of weight.

In addition to choosing an aquarium tank, you will need to consider what type of equipment you will be purchasing. Remember different types of livestock will require different types of equipment. Some of the equipment that you should familiarize yourself with when it comes to aquarium design is, water filtration systems, lighting systems, pumps, heaters and chillers.

Now that you are aware of the different challenges, you may chase when setting up your aquarium design you can better be prepared for having a successful aquarium.

How the Recycling System Works

|

The term recycling is used to describe an alternative form of getting rid of unwanted things. Recycling means that you are not putting all of your unwanted things into landfill sites instead the unwanted things are used to make new things. Recycling is possible nowadays due to the reduced amount of waste that goes into landfill sites and it is true to say that recycling is helping to bring down the prices of the material that are used to make things.

Almost everything can be recycled nowadays. Recycling has actually grown and expanded enormously and it is now possible to recycle anything including plastic, paper and batteries to name a few things.

The recycling plants take the waste that would have otherwise been put to the landfill. When waste is put into the landfill it takes years to break down and degrade. Recycle means that the life of a material can be continuous and its life may take many different forms over the years.

The recycled items can be used to make a wide range of different things. An old bottle top may not be used to make a bottle top again it may in fact be used to make a part for a car or even a child toy. As you can probably tell recycling goes a long way beyond the traditional uses and it explores the innovative ways, which make recycling very useful. There are some people that think about skip hire as a way of recycling.

It is vital nowadays to recycle and it would be true to say that it is a major component of responsible waste management. A lot of towns and cities have a recycling centre of some sort based within them.

The residents of the towns and cities are bale to leave their recycling items outside on set days and they centre will come along and pick the items up. Most places doe this pick up without charging as they see it as a benefit of recycling, however the person still has to separate all the different things.

Nowadays there are also a vast number of recycling bins where people are able to take their waste and put it into the appropriate bins so that it can be recycled. Due to this increased number of people that are recycling there is less people that are interested in skip hire as more and more shops have recycling bins. Here, customers are able to put unwanted plastic carrier bags and then these will be recycled and some of them will just be reused as carrier bags. Some shops also have bins for aluminium cans and then these go off to be recycled.

Recycling is really not a new thing but it is still fairly new for people to integrate it into every day life. Several years ago people would quite happily just dispose of everything in the one bin but people are understand more about the importance of recycling.

How to Stop a Divorce - Broken Trust

|

People decide to get a divorce for many different reasons. Lack of communication in the marriage, financial difficulties that aren't able to be resolved or perhaps there is a lack of trust. Whatever the reason may be, all marriages can be saved and the divorce can be stopped. Most of the time it's really worth giving your relationship another chance.

If one or the other partner was unfaithful, the relationship still can be saved. If you were the one that stepped outside your marriage vows, you need to own up to it and take responsibility. The last thing you should do is try to convince your spouse that you can change or that you won't ever do that again. Actions speak louder than words so your words have absolutely no meaning at this time.

If broken trust is the main issue, never break their trust again. Don't give them a reason to walk out of the relationship if you truly want to save your marriage. The main thing that needs to be done at this point is to prove to them that you can be trusted again. There is no overnight fix and it will take time so try to be patient. The ugly truth is that you don't deserve to be trusted at this point and you now are on the long road of having to build that trust back again.

There will be times I'm sure that the trust issues will still be brought up because it takes time to repair what has been broken. Don't argue the point or get mad about it because you did mess up and it's up to you to prove that you have changed and you are now a better person.

The best way to understand this situation is by putting yourself in their shoes. How would you feel if the roles were reversed? How hurt would you be and how willing would you be able to forgive and forget? It definitely wouldn't be an easy task to accomplish so you can't expect your partner to heal overnight. It may even take years to recover from broken trust but if you are willing to work on your marriage and repair the hurt you have caused, the end result will be worth the effort.

Another solution is to seek out friends or acquaintances that have been where you are who may be able to offer you some advice on how to stop a divorce. Getting outside help from different sources cannot only help you understand how to deal with this, but maybe provide you with other solutions you had not yet thought of.
Relationship advice can never hurt.

When trust is broken and you want to stop a divorce, seek as much help as you can find. This isn't a situation where you have to deal with this all alone.

What to Say on a First Date - For Men

|

So, there you are: sitting at a bar and trying to find what to say and what not to say on a date. Here is a list of things you should say on a date.

- Talk about things that are fun and light. Avoid any religion and politic talks. As a matter of fact you may want to avoid any long logic conversations as attraction feeds out of emotions and irrationality. This it doesn't mean that the date should look like a tour on Alice wonderland's, just avoid proving a mathematical theorem there and then.

- Compliment and tease. This technique first makes the girls feel nice and then adds a play fullness that makes the relationship very light. It builds a nice felling and then you take it away.

- Touch a lot. You must be always on the old motto, two steps forward, one step back. Don't escalate constantly but make two escalations and then take one back.

- Find commonalities or invent them if it is necessary. Music, films, trips, animals anything can be used about this.

- Talk about your dreams. The ones you had when you were young plus the ones you have now.

- Share stories that convey preselection by other women, leadership and protection of loved ones. Avoid any creepy or violent stories. And no, she doesn't want to know about what you did to enter in your fraternity.

- Offer roller coaster experiences. Do things that shake the girl and then offer her some good emotions back.

- Last but important. Change venues. As much as you can. This creates a yes ladder, a sort of building trust as the more she moves with you around, the more she trusts you and you will need that when you will find the two of you in bed.

The Truth About Hair Loss Surgery

|

You might disagree, but hear me out on this. Having a hair loss surgery to stop your receding hair line may not be a smart move. Let's find out why.

Many people with the problem of falling hair think of a hair loss surgery as the one and only solution to it. They spend thousands of dollars on this treatment which not only provides temporary results, but also does nothing to solve the root cause of the problem.

What is that? Glad you asked. Let's find out now why this hair loss happens in the first place.

In people with hereditary baldness, the Androgen hormone is converted into a substance known as Dihydrotestostrone (DHT) by enzymes. This DHT binds itself to the follicles in the scalp and prevents the oxygen rich blood from reaching them.

The lack of blood causes the follicles to shrink and lose their ability to produce new hairs. So when the old hairs fall off, there are no new ones to cover for them and take their place. This is what causes the hair to get thinner and ultimately leads to baldness.

This problem affects both men and women, and fortunately, has a single, easy solution.

That solution is to simply reduce the DHT content in the blood stream. There is really no need for expensive surgeries that can easily cost anywhere from $4000 to $20000 depending on the extent of your hair problem. These surgeries can also cause side effects like swelling on the scalp and eyes and can also cause the formation of cysts on the head.

Plus, the hair loss surgery would have to be repeated again in the future once the effects begin to wear off - it's not a permanent solution at all.

The Alternative
You can easily fix this problem by taking the FDA approved ingredient Minoxidil. It is very effective at inhibiting the DHT in the blood stream.

The reduced DHT enables the blood supply to the follicles which are once again able to produce healthy new hair. This is simply the best treatment you can get anywhere for falling hair.

Make no mistake about it. A hair loss surgery can set you back a huge sum of money without really solving your problem. Look for a better solution which doesn't cost the earth. Visit my website now for more information on how to do it.
